When the FDIC’s work in Knoxville was done, Mr. Neal continued to work in banking, became a Panel Bankruptcy Trustee, continued his commercial litigation practice, and also began to work on insurance related matters.
The insurance practice eventually diverged into numerous sub specialties. Mr. Neal has handled hundreds of defense and insurance coverage matters, and his litigation experience has included civil rights, products liability, professional liability, personal injury, business disputes, intellectual property, banking, and bankruptcy. Mr. Neal has also written and lectured on the subjects of foreclosure procedures and insurance coverage.
